Positions Available:

SERVICEMASTER TECHNICIAN (Full Time, Permanent Positions)

ServiceMaster By Mason is looking to add several new Technicians to our professional team. We specialize in residential and commercial disaster cleanup, specialty cleaning needs, and carpet and floorcare services. Your responsibilities would include: water extraction, drying services & mitigation; fire damage cleanup and cleaning of contents & structure; mold remediation; odor removal; and biohazard cleanup; cleaning carpets, upholstery, ceramic tile, and HVAC systems; and providing post-construction, hoarder & estate cleanup and other specialized cleaning services in Central/Eastern Connecticut and throughout Rhode Island. Every day has new challenges and successes! Starting hourly rate of $15 – $25 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits and advancement opportunities!

Must be motivated and reliable. Scheduled work week is Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
Must be available nights and weekends. This position requires on-call rotation for occasional emergency projects outside the general Monday thru Friday work week. On-call rotation is once every 5-6 weeks and includes additional compensation.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and repeatedly.
Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
Candidate must be able to pass a background check (before hire & every year) due to insurance requirements.
Restoration or construction experience is strongly preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Even if you are lacking restoration, construction or specialty cleaning experience, we welcome you to apply!

SERVICEMASTER CARPET CLEANING TECHNICIAN (Full Time, Permanent Position)

ServiceMaster By Mason is hiring a new Carpet Cleaning Technician to our professional team! This busy crew member would provide quality carpet and upholstery cleaning, floorcare services and specialty cleaning needs to our valued residential and commercial clients. Starting hourly rate ranges from $15 – $25 per hour, based on experience + benefits. Additionally, this valued team member would provide support to our disaster restoration crew when needed. This support includes disaster cleanup; water damage remediation, fire damage remediation, cleaning of contents and structure, and mold remediation, as well as specialty cleaning services like HVAC/Air Duct cleaning, post-construction and hoarding/estate cleanup. Every day has new challenges and successes!
