Unwanted critters like rodents, bats, and raccoons often look to make themselves at home in attics, basements and crawl spaces, creating biohazard and health concerns. Once these nuisance animals are removed, our work begins, as we did recently for two Rhode Island homeowners. One home experienced a mouse infestation in an unfinished basement and the other had a raccoon family living beneath their porch. Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and respirators, our professional Technicians immediately addressed cleaning up all hazardous waste, tearing out affected insulation and building materials, thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all areas including pressure steaming the floor, and using an enzyme treatment to remove unwanted
odors. They took additional measures to protect cleaned content in the basement from becoming contaminated, and HEPA vacuumed the finite debris, dander, and dust, while applying an anti-microbial agent to the floors. Using state-of-the-art products and processes, our experienced Technicians removed all evidence of the critters and created a clean and healthy environment.
